In the context of the last two years, teleworking has seen a phenomenal increase, reaching up to 8.5 million jobs in France by 2020. Currently, about 40% of the workforce is willing to continue teleworking, with an average remote work rate of 3.6 days per week. But what impact can teleworking have on the integration of new employees? In a shrunken social environment where employees sometimes see their colleagues more often through a screen than face-to-face, how do you socialize newcomers so they don't feel left out ?
