The Ambitions of the New Parisian Campus !

In order to accelerate its development, TBS Education has moved to a new site in Paris that is three times larger. This move is part of a strategy of complete renewal, with the opening of the new Barcelona campus at the beginning of the 2022 academic year and the upcoming start of construction of the Toulouse site.

On September 12, the Parisian students of TBS Education started the new school year on their new campus on rue Saint-Lambert, in the heart of the very academic 15th arrondissement.

These premises, located in the heart of Paris, are a concrete expression of the School's development ambitions in the capital.

Optimal conditions during and after class

The site, which is housed in a former high school, has a surface area of 4,000 m2 and provides the equipment and facilities needed to study in the best possible conditions: bright classrooms, two lecture halls, work rooms, including a trading room equipped with Bloomberg PCs, an incubator, a coworking space, a documentation center, etc.

The campus, organized around a 1,000 m2 tree-lined courtyard, also focuses on the quality of life and comfort of students, with several relaxation areas and two cafeterias. The building, whose old architecture has the typical charm of Parisian schools, will be renovated in the coming months.

This will allow the building to be brought up to technical and regulatory standards, but also to fit out new rooms adapted to the innovative teaching methods of TBS Education.

Promote exchanges with Alumni

This year, the Paris campus is hosting 450 students from the Grande École Program in M1 and M2 in work-study programs in several specialties, as well as the Specialized Master in Marketing and Communication.

"The objective is to support the development of work-study programs for our students, which is in line with our objectives of social openness and professionalization, while minimizing travel between Toulouse and Paris for the business specializations that are mainly located in Paris (in line with our environmental commitments). We also aim to develop continuing education on the site.

This new location will benefit from the presence in Paris of 10,000 alumni of the School, who will contribute to the life of the campus.

"We rely on this network to nurture students and support them in their projects and their professional beginnings. This is the purpose of the events we are developing, in particular the monthly meet-ups during which alumni come to share their experience," continues Louis-Marie Juvin.

Bachelor's degree coming soon

As of next year, the Bachelor's degree, which is already well known among potential Parisian students, will also be offered on campus.
Two first-year sections will be offered at the start of the 2023 academic year, in French and English, before gradually increasing in number. Also next September, a specialized program in Distribution and Commerce, launched in partnership with the Institut du Commerce, will welcome third-year students on a sandwich course.

"This is a new offer, in which TBS Education will occupy a leading position. This creation will make it possible to respond to the sector's need for professionalization, in particular in three jobs that are in demand: sector manager, department manager and assistant category manager."

By 2025, 300 students will be able to complete the entire program on the Paris campus.

"The program, whose quality has been recognized by the renewal of the visa and the awarding of the bachelor's degree in early 2022, will provide the same guarantees of excellence and high standards in Paris as on the Toulouse, Barcelona and Casablanca campuses. It follows the same pedagogical model, with specializations adapted to the Paris region," adds Patricia Bournet. For all students enrolled in the Bachelor's program, it will offer an additional opportunity for mobility.
