Do you work in mass distribution or retail?

Are you sensitive to ecological issues? Do you want to transform your business but don't know how to go about it?

Join us for a series of inspiring meetings followed by an afterwork, organized in collaboration with the TBS Education Bachelor's Distribution and Commerce program and in partnership with theInstitut du Commerce and the association Les Nouveaux Géants.

The program includes 3 highlights:

1. Masterclass "Recreating meaning and attractiveness in the retail professions while respecting inclusion and diversity" 🏆

by Xavier Hua, Director of IDC and Emilie Chalvignac, Director of Operations at IDC ;

2. Participative workshops 🙋 with Marie-Lys Le Buhan, Marketing Manager and training facilitator The New Giants:

  • Leroy Merlin case study on eco-design
  • Presentation of the results of the study on the ecological transition of professions, with a focus on retail professions.

3.Cocktail reception for discussion 🍹
