On the tbs-alumni.com website, click on 'Connect', on the right-hand side at the top of the page. Choose the connection mode: via campus, social networks or email. Enter your login details, depending on the connection method you've chosen, and that's it!

You've registered, but your plans have changed?
Don't panic!
Before the registration deadline,
you can change your registration: decline, add or remove accompanying persons.
After the registration closing date,
you can send an e-mail to TBS Alumni.
Changes requests are accepted up to 15 days before the day of the ceremony.
For safety reasons, it is not possible to invite more people than planned.
Once the registration deadline has passed, it will not be possible to add people.
If a graduate is not present at the ceremony, they are considered to be absent, therefore any places reserved for them will no longer exist.
We remind you that each person must show their QR code and an ID at the entrance.
We will not accept anyone who is not registered on the day of the graduation ceremony.
A graduate who is absent from the ceremony does not have a seat, so cannot provide you with one. As they are considered to be absent, any seats reserved for them will no longer exist.
We remind you that each person must present their registration confirmation with QR code as well as an identity document at the entrance.
Children may attend the ceremony, but must be accompanied by an adult.
It's a good idea to dress smartly, even if it's comfortable.
We'll lend you the traditional toga and hat to go on stage.
You can keep the hat and lanyard as a souvenir.
However, you will need to return the toga to the cloakroom.
We're counting on you to respect the loaned clothing.

Take metro line A to Zénith Toulouse Métropole.
Get off at Arènes station, about 15 minutes' walk to Zénith.
🚋 By tramway
Tramway lines T1 and T2 provide quick access to Zénith Toulouse Métropole.
Get off at Hippodrome or Zénith stations and follow the pedestrian walkway.
🚘 By car
The Zénith is accessible via exits n°27 and n°29.
Free parking.
You need an official invitation for you or your loved ones to obtain a visa to enter France. Please send your request to your program by e-mail, indicating the information we need to include.

When you registered, we asked you if you would like to share your best memory with your friends in photos.
We would like to show them at your ceremony to share a ‘memory album’ of your years of study.
There is no obligation, you are free to share content with us or not.
Conditions for your photos to be published:
- They must be of good quality (no blur, no screen shots, etc.)
- Landscape format (horizontal) and not portrait
- You must not be alone in the photo
- Do not have a glass in your hand
- Do not make any inappropriate or disrespectful gestures
- Grant us the right to publish the photos during the ceremony.
The graduation ceremonies will be broadcast live.
You will receive the connection link at least one week before the event and we will share the information on our social networks.
There will be no replay.
The ceremony will be translated live into English.
We'll send you a QR code and a link to access the live translation.
Remember to bring your own earphones and pass on the information to those accompanying you.
We'll send you a specific communication by email.
Each graduate of the Bachelor and PGE/MSc programmes can bring 2 accompanying persons free of charge.
Bachelor graduates:
400 additional paying places will be available for accompanying persons
PGE/MSc graduates:
800 additional paying places will be available for accompanying persons.
Refund policy for ‘paying’ seats for the PGE/MSc, Bachelor or DCG/DSCG graduation ceremony, class 2024
Conditions:
Requests for refunds are accepted until 11:59 pm on 27 February 2025 (Paris Time), which is also the deadline for registrations.
Fees may apply depending on the date of the request:
-Request made before 05/01/2025: no fee will be charged.
-Requests made after 05/01/2025: a 10% charge will be applied to the €15 (fee amount: €1.50).
No refunds will be possible after 11:59 pm of the 27th February (Paris Time).
Refund period:
Refunds will be made between 30 and 45 days after the date of the request.
Refund request procedure:
To request a refund, please send an email to TBS Alumni specifying the following information:
-Name and surname of the graduate
-Email of the graduate
-Name and surname of the accompanying person registered at the 15€ rate
Only guide dogs or assistance dogs may accompany you during your visit to the Zénith.
On the big day, go to the Gold desk to sign in with your registration confirmation. You will then be taken to one of the dedicated seating areas.
The official photos taken by our photographers during the ceremony will be available on our FlickR platform.
You can download them in the format of your choice, and print them out if you wish.
