TBS Education Graduation Ceremony FAQ
🔐How do I log on to the TBS Alumni website?
On the tbs-alumni.com website, click on 'Connect', on the right-hand side at the top of the page.
Choose the connection mode: via campus, social networks or email.
Enter your login details, depending on the connection method you've chosen, and that's it!

You've registered, but your plans have changed? Don't panic, you can modify your registration: decline, add or remove accompanying persons...
Places are reserved by name and are compulsory. For safety reasons, a limit of accompanying persons is imposed for each graduate 🦺
We invite you to contact our team by email to check whether it is possible to add more accompanying persons than planned 📧
💺 Accompanying children must register from the age of 4, when they take a seat.
👨🎓 Elegant, yet comfortable, attire is a must 👩🎓
We'll lend you the traditional toga and hat to go on stage.
A photographer will be on hand to immortalize the moment 🤗

Toulouse Zenith

Take metro line A to Zénith Toulouse Métropole.
Get off at Arènes station, about 15 minutes' walk to Zénith.
Tramway lines T1 and T2 provide quick access to Zénith Toulouse Métropole.
Get off at Hippodrome or Zénith stations and follow the pedestrian walkway.

Le Zénith is accessible via exits n°27 and n°29.
You need an official invitation for you or your loved ones to obtain a visa to enter France. To do so, please send your request by e-mail, indicating the information we need to include. Depending on your program, here are the contacts to consider:

We asked you if you'd like to share your best TBS memory, plain and simple.
🎨 The context: The Graduation Ceremony.
❓ Why: Because it's nice to see memories, reminisce about good times with friends and show them to families and graduates.
But it's not a requirement of course... You're free to share content with us or not.
Photos of the ceremony will be available here in the following weeks.
The PGE and Bachelor graduation ceremonies on 09/03/2024 will be broadcast live over the Internet.
You will receive the connection link at least one week before the event, and we will share the information on our social media pages.
The Mastères Spécialisés and Formation Continue graduation ceremonies on 2/03/2024 will not be broadcast live.
The ceremony and cocktail reception are FREE for you and your guests.
Only guide dogs are accepted.
On the big day, we invite you to go to the "Guest" counter to register and be signed out with your registration confirmation.
You will then be taken to the dedicated seating areas.
