JobHive's mission is to raise the profile of student jobs !

27 July 2023 Entrepreneurship

JobHive is the initiative of two young students whose aim is to raise the profile of student jobs, and create a win-win exchange between companies and students.

Alexandre PLATEL studying at TBS éducation in Master 1 within the Grande école program, and Thomas DUBROC studying in Master 1 at SKEMA's PGE program. They are both graduates of SKEMA's ESDHEM program in Lille. The two northerners decided to launch a joint venture in the south of France.

Their starting point was a simple observation: "we were both confronted with the fact that the vast majority of student jobs have nothing to do with our field of study, and so we don't use our skills to serve companies".

From this simple observation, they wondered how students could help companies, and looked at another problem: "many projects are abandoned in companies for various reasons. The two main ones that caught our attention were: lack of qualified personnel and costs that were too high for the company. It was from these observations that our project was born...".

Last June, they embarked on a mission to raise the profile of student jobs, while helping both companies and students. Based mainly in Toulouse, they are also active throughout France. Sales/finance/marketing/engineering/... They have the capacity to act in a wide range of fields.
