Mathieu & Etienne (TBS 2013/14) - Founders of Slowe Wellness House

14 December 2021 Entrepreneurship

Allow yourself a moment of well-being and slow down in the center of the most dynamic of capitals.

The message is clear, Slowe Wellness House, founded by Mathieu Magaud (2013) and Etienne Penhouët (2014), is a unique place entirely dedicated to well-being.
Slowe is a Wellness House where sport, alternative medicine and delicacies come together to give you a new, rejuvenating experience.

A place dedicated to sports and well-being

Located in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, Slowe is a place dedicated to sports and well-being. Everyone can access group classes in small groups, consult an alternative medicine therapist or simply enjoy a healthy drink or a specialty coffee in the studio's juice bar.

A minimalist, bright and spacious space with a clean and warm atmosphere

Slowe has :

  • two sports studios, one dedicated to "HIIT", the other to softer disciplines such as yoga or Pilates,
  • a "recovery bar" where you can enjoy smoothies and other detox juices. Halfway between a New York coffee shop and a juice bar for demanding athletes, the "recovery bar" welcomes you from Monday to Saturday in a relaxed atmosphere to work, relax or have lunch with friends!
  • two consulting rooms where naturopaths, osteopaths and personal development coaches are intermingled.

A sports session that takes care of you

Forget the overcrowded and oppressive rooms that smell of sweat and make you want to leave after entering. Here, the coach takes the time to accompany you and observe your every move. In small groups of 12 people maximum, the Slowe sports sessions favor the proximity with the coaches and the exchanges between the members.

Definitely a place that is unlike any other gym. An intimate place dedicated to well-being where people feel good and want to come back.
