Florian Mantione Institut, founded by Florian Mantione (TBS 1972) in 1976, is a network of Human Resources Consultants. The F.M.I. offers coaching services to TBS Alumni, at a preferential rate, in particular for :

• Guiding change
• Career development
• Individual support on key issues (developing a new activity, new sector) 
• Stress management and psychosocial risks 
• Managing difficult situations
• Managerial conflicts or team conflicts
• Crisis management (mergers, sale, declining results...)
• Overcoming a professional obstacle
• Loss of sense of purpose, loss of motivation

The initial appointment is free and its purpose is to understand your needs and identify potential solution paths. We will then provide a quote with a plan and a preferential rate which is a 20% reduction on public rates ! 

Services are offered on location in the Haute Garonne area and Paris.
