Appointments - Bruno Baranne is elected president of the IPU

Bruno Baranne, president of Syngenta France since 2018, has been elected president of the UIPP since June 2019, replacing Nicolas Kerfant. It is thus in charge of continuing the process of opening up by the UIPP to co-build the future and contribute to the development of French agriculture in all its diversity.
Bruno Baranne, 59, CPA diploma - Toulouse Business School (2008), agricultural engineer - AgroCampus Ouest (1980), realized the following course:
* 2012-2017: Syngenta France, director of commercial operations of Syngenta Agro.
* 2010-2012: Syngenta Seeds, agro sales manager.
* 2002-2010: Syngenta, Director of Seed Business Operations.
* 2000-2002: Monsanto, Director of Seed Operations.
