Appointments - Cédric Charbit becomes a member of the Kering Executive Committee

Cédric Charbit, President and CEO of Balenciaga since 2016, becomes a member of Kering's Executive Committee, effective July 2019. He reports directly to François-Henri Pinault, President and Chief Executive Officer. This appointment comes after two years of strong growth of the House Balenciaga under his direction and under the creative impulse of its artistic director Demna Gvasalia.

* 2007-2008: Printemps Group, Assistant Director of Purchasing.
* 2005-2007: Printemps Group, purchasing director for the Women's Fashion market.
