Speakers
Julien DEREUMAUX (PGE, 2013)

Entrepreneu r 👨🏼‍💼Julien has been an entrepreneur since the age of 18, and after having spat out 5 companies, since 2013 he has been the proud founder ofPilot'in, a Lyon-based digital agency with 26 talented employees!
A very enthusiastic but very average sportsman since his early childhood, Julien always stopped as soon as the level became too high (swimming, tennis, table tennis, kung fu, volleyball, soccer...).
In 2019, he discovered running following a small race organized by the CJD (center for young leaders). He quickly made the connection between performance in sport and in business, and all the good practices that go with it.
He readily admits that he is fortunate to be supported on a daily basis by those close to him (his wife, who is involved in both his personal and professional life, his 2 children, his family, friends and colleagues), and considers that things have been going in the right direction since he discovered running.
He's never spent so much time running, and his agency has never been so successful, nor his employees so happy!
The CJD spark ignited a flame that is still alive today: first Beaujolais marathon in under 3h in 2019, then winner of small local races, 24th in the SaintéLyon (78km), under 33min for 10km, 1h10 for half-marathon and 2h32 for marathon in 2022. He is preparing the Diagonale des fous (168km) for the end of the year.
He has also set up a group of entrepreneur runners in Lyon:les entrep'runners.
He lives entrepreneurship and running by sharing with other enthusiasts (both internal and external), learning new practices and keeping a constant watch, constantly challenging himself, competing and striving to surpass himself.

Nathalie BARRILLIOT (BACHELOR MANAGEMENT, 2018)

Nathalie BARRILLIOT 35 years old, professional coach, Savate Boxe Française World Champion.
She began Savate Boxe Française at the age of 10, winning numerous competitions.

After her first French championship title, she joined the French team and went on to become European and World Champion.
In addition to her salaried activity, in 2017 Nathalie launched her coaching business.

Trained in International Management at Toulouse Business School, she completes her career with a Professional Coach certification (RNCP title).
Drawing on these years of high-level sport and her experience as a professional coach, Nathalie now supports employees, managers, executives as well as teams and organizations.

Coraline POSSO (PGE, 2014)

Sport has been part of her daily life since the age of 5.

After 15 years of competitive swimming, and a few Pacific championships, Coraline signed up for the 2013 Paris Marathon, the starting point of her passion for endurance running.

For the past three years in the region, she has been discovering the freedom of single tracks and ultra-trails: HMDS Fuerteventure (14th F), 100k Swisspeaks (14th F), Lyon-Sainte-Lyon (2nd F), GR20 in 5 days, Marathon des Sables, soon on the Diagonale des fous, ever more ambitious bib numbers to surpass her limits, but above all to share adventures in the great outdoors.

Travel remains an important part of Coraline's life, with almost 10 years' experience in the hotel and business travel industries. She is now Global Travel & MICE Buyer for Suez.

Antoine BONHOMME (PGE, 2002)

A jack-of-all-trades in sports in his childhood (soccer, judo, tennis), without having broken into any particular discipline, he discovered running at the dawn of the 2000s and completed a few half-marathons without any particular preparation (times between 1h45 and 1h50).

A colleague introduced him to trail running in 2011, when he took part in the Saint-express (44km between Saint-Etienne and Lyon), followed by the SaintéLyon in 2012 in Dantesque conditions. The bug never left him, and he became a 5-time finisher and tried his hand at different race formats. He improved his half-time performance in 2019 (1:29). Focusing on endurance and effort management, he tried his hand at increasingly demanding formats, completing the ultra des Coursières (112km) and the ultra des Templiers (106km in Millau) in 2022.

Endurance, contingency management and good preparation are qualities he also develops as part of his missions to help manage corporate transformation programs.
