Bonjour,

Je m´appelle Patricia, je suis une étudiante en B1 de TBS. Je vous contacte pour vous présenter un projet très intéressant dont je suis devenue partie: une expédition environnementale en Arctique. Voici une courte vidéo où j´explique tout le projet en plus de détails.

Cette expédition de 12 jours sera guidée par le leader de la lutte pour l’environnement et explorateur mondialement reconnu Robert Swan. Le but de ce projet est d’acquérir des connaissances, d’être témoin direct des changements climatiques pour pouvoir, par la suite, transmettre un message fondamental et de devenir un meilleur leader.

Étant étudiante à la Toulouse Business School, je suis particulièrement intéressée par l’environnement et le commerce. Depuis toujours, je me sentais concernée par ces changements climatiques responsables de dégâts effrayants. Par exemple, l’Antarctique a perdu en moyenne 119 milliards tonnes de glace par an entre 1993 et 2016. Par conséquent de nombreuses espèces sont en danger aujourd’hui. C’est pourquoi je veux contribuer à l’amélioration de notre environnement en partageant mes expériences et en devenant un acteur qui saura sensibiliser les générations futures.

Voici le défi que moi et des milliers de personnes sommes lancées. Pour pouvoir participer et réussir je m´approche des sponsors potentiels, je fais du crowdfunding (financement participatif) et je suis à la recherche des personnes qui ne sont pas indifférentes à ce sujet. Si c´est votre cas et vous voudriez me soutenir soit en contribuant, soit en partageant vous pouvez le faire via le lien à la fin de ce mail. Cela m´aiderait beaucoup et je l´apprécierais vraiment !

Hi! 

My name is Patricia, I am a TBS B1 student. Today, I would like to present you an interesting project that I have become part of: an Arctic expedition. Here is a short video where I explain the project in more details. 

This 12 day – long expedition is led by a renown British polar explorer and conservationist Robert Swan. The aim of this project is to acquire knowledge about sustainable development, to become a better leader but above all, to witness the environmental changes directly in the Arctic to be able to share this strong experience.

Even though I am a business student I have always been particularly interested in nature, as well. For a long time, I have felt concerned about climate change and its disastrous consequences. For instance, Antarctica lost in average 119 billion tons of ice per year between 1993 and 2016. Is it not frightening?! I want to contribute to the improvement of this situation by teaching and inspiring the new generation to behave more respectfully towards our planet.

To rise the challenge, I am approaching sponsors, doing crowdfunding and searching for people me who are not indifferent toward the subject.
